Summer's almost over for me. School starts in about 2-3 weeks and I have been nonstop shopping for it, almost done! So here I made a little playlist of what I loved listening to this summer! :)

Haven't listened to any of their old songs yet but their new cd, InnerSpeaker was very good! My favorite songs were Lucidity and Desire Be Desire Go.

Death From Above 1979.
Started listening to this band this summer as well as Tame Impala. Very glad I found this band! I love every song I came across and this weekend I got all their albums. :)

The Mars Volta.
Heard them in a movie and read about them on some random website. Fell in love! There is some really awesome guitar playing in these songs.

These bands along with a huge number (about 2000+ songs!!!) of songs from random Indie/Rock Playlists have been perfect songs to listen to this summer. Heres a little lists of some new artist I've recently discovered...
Air Drops. "JEJUNE".
The Belligerents. "These Hands."
The Bird Day. "Gonna Beg You" is such a great driving song, its so upbeat and gives out a really happy feeling when I hear it.
Big Spider's Back. "Perfect Machine".
Blood Diamonds. "Grins" is a very beautiful and peaceful song to listen to. I really liked listening to it by the pool.
The Moondoggies. "Undertaker" I've probably already posted about this song, its for sure a favorite. It always calms me down.
...and I found so many great songs that I hadn't heard by Animal Collective, The Books, Black Moth Super Rainbow, and Sigur Ros. This summer was certainly one for finding great new music!
